Sonoca 300, the ultrasonic aspirator from Soering offers three working frequencies in one system (25 kHz,35 kHz and 55 kHz) that makes it a specialist for all applications such as neurosurgery, spinal surgery, general surgery, and liver resection. You can connect ultrasonic hand- pieces as well as ultrasonic scissors and hooks for cutting and coagulating to the unit. Furthermore, with its bone dissector handpiece, the Sonoca 300 can also be used for cutting hard tissues during spinal, orthopaedic, and CMF procedures. In conjunction with the HF unit MBC 601 UAM and with appropriate handpieces, tissue dissection with simultaneous haemostasis is possible. There are wide range of accessories to select in order to configure the aspirator to perform different functions in the brain, spine, liver, etc.
